It’s just so hard to explain what I want to express but it seems like somebody already has for the most part wrote down what I feel. the entry with the word masturbation ESPECIALLY is good. so do CHECK THOSE OUT before you write comments that make you look like a dumbass.

I was starting to hate it just because people ALWAYS pick this damn song because it’s always a CROWD PLEASER. by crowd i mean brainwashed americans. besides this song sang by  many contestants on american idol, perhaps on kpop star? (they sang this song or that other song the diva singers always frikin sing), glee (ugh merecedes… I mean sometimes I like merecedes when she isn’t oversinging) , and probably lots of other places .

ANYWAYS yesterday i believe, it was sang by jessica sanchez and JENNIFER holliday. I found out because VFTW was like oh they’re going to sing a duet … that shit’s going to be OTT = over the top. AND i could tell that it ‘ll be very shittily over the top and boy was it over the ttop. it felt fake, forced, and scary. it was disugistng. it was like masturbation on tv. NOT LITERALLY but ggawd it was horrible.  and people cheering on masturbation. wtf?

• there’s also comments saying how jessica sanchez will win a grammy.  I am telling you right now (holy shiznets i sorta quoted this song that I hate) she will never win a grammym. she wiill be forgotten quickly. there have been so many girls like her on american idol. charice (she’s prettier than jessica sanchez) can’t make it (her american single that flopped… reason is the song sucks balls.) so why will she. she’s boring then charice and obviously charice sings better than her. she doesn’t have star quality and from her lack of music knowledge/exposure as far as i can judge from her song choices… she didn’t not put enough effort as far getting to know music. she just knows about the usually crap everyone knows about.. all those over-played/over-sang songs.

that perfromance was hilarious to horrific especially on holliday’s end.  I can understand singing with soul/feeling it whatever. but this was just horrific. IT wasn’t singing… it turned into some ghastly oversinging=not singing crap… Growling and yelling … it’s just really unpleasant.  PEople are saying that that’s her signature face when she sings that song but isaw performane frmom 80s or whateve it was… she didn’t look like that. and even if i accept that, it don’t change the fact that the sound coming out from her sounds annoying. it’s a product of what she thinks the audience wants/what the audience wants/ lack of self-control. LESS IS MORE. IT REALLY IS.

the fact that jennifer lope and everyone else was cheering it on like it’s the most epic shit ever is so insufferable (that glee performance with santana and sebastian? was so  epic … that’s my idea of epic just so u know. that glee ep was pretty goood since i didn’t know that some of those songs were michaeljaackson’s sogs… CELLO = EPIC). the brainwashedness  of the people.

Her song choices… just make it so obvious how limited are musical knowledge/exposure is. the whitney song, this song…. they’re both really famous and well known and i am sick of both and the fact she chooses it just pisses me off. THERE ARE OTHER SONGS THAT ARE GOOD . you don’t have to do THAT PEROFRMANCE STYLE or CLIMAX-REACHING STYLE every frikin time. that’s the most predictable boring way ever.. (they didn’t even bother to rearrange it WHATSOEVER ). IT’S BEEN DONE TO DEATH ALREADY ON EVERY FRIIKIN SHOW ESPECIALLY THIS ONE. or are the songs that the contestants are offered that limited?

but seriously i hope she’s not deluded that singing those songs proves she’s talented. it doesn’t anything. for brainwashed americans i’m sure oversinging= talented. By talent I mean she has the potential to become a singer. in my opinion, to become a singer, you need talent = you can sing + you have something special about yourself. Like I LOVED how the judges on kpopstar rejected a bunch of people that sang well because they straight up told them “it was boring’ ” I didn’t want to listen to it anymore/to the end”… like i’m pretty sure they stopped somebody in the middle. Like one of those contestants was this korean girl who is pretty and friends with yuri from snsd… but she is really boring. her singing. she’s just boring from my impression so even in the other areas like acting or whatever… i don’t think she will succeed.

lets be straight up honest here… liike I said she will be forgotten. she will never win a gramym etc etc . as mumch as the fans act all supportive right now they’re not going to listen to her boring singng when she releases some single with some cliche/boring/preidctalbe lyrics/melody etc etc let alone buy it.

I absolutely loathe the crap that they’re fostering with american idol with the diva shit with those frikin songs where people oversing like crazy and then get praised. by oversing it gets to the point where they’re not even singing anymore… it just suonds so unpleasant. I didn’t listsen or watch but I heard fantasia’s performance on american idol last night was frikin terrible with howling or growling or screeching howeevr we should describe that. NOT that Im’ saying that if you’re oversniging but if you’re oversinging but still techinically singing that it’s okay.

I think it’s possible to get the same respon’se or if not stronger resposne doing a song that isn’t one of those “diva” songs or one of those famous songs…. just fromwatching IMMORTAL SONG. but as this rate with the brainwashing of the audience even if someone were to due a real emotional/soulful but not necessarily power-singingn/oversinging like they do on immortal song and on that same leve like ALI’S performance .. I think the audience would be dulll/desensitized to even fully appreciate what they heard.  it’s a horrible viscious cycle with the audience makig the singer do that and singering doing that which makes the audience do that whcih makes both sides “dull” and insensitive…. really just losing out. Thank god immortal song exists. that show just fosters pure music/soulfullness/appreciation for the past greats etc etc which american idol never does. they just promote oversinging and shoving songs down our throats that we’v eheard a billion times.

I feel like it’s just another one of those desensitizing crap…  like we have the processed food (people dont’ even know what real food tastes like since they’re used to eating msg/articiafial flavor blahblahbalh…. or they think they do but in fact they don’t )… with singing  I feel like they’re just proclaiming that you have to sing like them divas to get a powerful performance.. and it’s affecting the singers and the audience (esp the audience that listens to mainstream/ doesn’t really listen to music) . sometimes subtle stuff can be just as powerful if not amazing.  It’s limiting if you’re stuck in that i have to oversing mentality.

NOT THAT IT MATTERS IF YOU WIN AMERICAN IDOL OR NOT but because of this perofrmance with jennife rholliday and jessica sanchez I WAS GLAD that jessica sanchez didn’t win. this is the opposite opinion compared to the people saying that jessica will win a grammy next year (which will not happen lol). this performance was the epitome of everything i hate about American idol and other shows that promote this crap and just limitng/killing music with the singers and the audience etc etc.

No, the audience was told to stand up and cheer, they were told to giver Jennifer another ovation, we in the audience were being “produced” as well as the rest of the show. It was actually horrible screaming by Jennifer. Jessica would have done much better on her own, she probably felt like she had to scream at the end to keep up with Jennifer. It really was not a great performance by the two of them. Jennifer was downright scary looking. I was there and I heard ad saw it and I know many others who felt like we were forced to give the big ovation. I wish Jessica would have had Jennifer Hudson to sing with her!!

LAST THING.. I noticed that somebody on idol sang that annoying adele song that i’m going to start hating on at this rate with the rolling in the fire or the deep or whateves. so i saw it since i was curious and man park jimin ‘s version is SO MUCH better and she doesn’t even speak english. talk about epic fail on the american idol girl’s part… she’s probably older than jimin tooo. how come on kpop st ar they can get interesting voices like ihaeri (it’s a singing voice that’s really unexpected from a korean version) yet on american idol no one has a unique voice. it’s like who has the most forgettable voice?

OMG there’s a glee version. usually I don’t give a shit about the glee versions of the songs but QUINN  is singing half of it? well i only saw a 3 second clip but I love hearing her voice. i hate rachel’s voice…. it’s just so annoying after a while. glee version over this but of oourse!

blonde guy (no more acne blonde guy  so blonde guy = guy who can’t rap or sing) – yay. guy who can’t rap or sing for the win! very fun performance. you can tell he really practiced and shit… just a lot of performance with lots of people moving around.  just goes to show just because you can “tehcnically sing” doesn’t mean you’ll be half as interesting/entertaining as this kid (I’m obviously pointing at the American idol contestants) at least he understsands the concept of entertainment/performance. american idol contestants think karaoke = performance/moving/entertainment (worst misunderstanding ever). VERY FUN PERFORMANCE 🙂 JYP even gave him a 93 even though he said “the highest i’ll ever give you is 89 since you’re not good at singing/rapping” . Gotta watch his performance AGAIN!

I caught a glimpse / glimpses of an american idol elimination episode. i was watching 3 or 4 things at a time of course so even then i’m sure i didn’t miss much. my comments are the following

who is jim? is twitter that pouplar now a days? what is up with j-lo. she’s 40 right? so why is she in mv’s like that. alot of body make up involved too probably? lighting can only do so much.  it just looks pathetic… like madonna. but anyways shit that pissed me off.

the girl who didn’t get voted off. she just gives off this horrible personality. maybe it was that hair accessory she had on or the fact that she was touching her hair frequently or maybe it was the fact thta i saw the recap of her performance ( horrible song by the way.. i’m not sure if even ali can save that song. I HATE THAT SONG)… but anyways she most definitely will not win.

well jimmy does do a better job than the judges at critiquing and whatnot…. j-lo/rendy/steven tyler.. they do such a horrible job as judges. they don’t give criticism nor anything constructive or descriptive wHICH does not help the contestants grow or stop being stuck up/stupid/brainless (ie that girl with a horrible personality that didn’t get voted off). there’s always room for improvement. american idol is so boring. i dont need to watch people karaoke. being a singer isn’t that easy especially if you want to become one of the good singers. modesty is required. Like I loved the scene in kpop star when somebody got eliminated and he said to the judges “oh i’m really thankful you told me what i needed to hear and not what i wantd to hear”. in the long run… you need to hear what you need to hear if you want to grow.

speak of which, there was this guy who is not very proficient in English even though he only speaks english? (he just seems like he doesn’t give a shit… in other words.. he’ll never succeed) so maybe he’s really dumb…. Ryan said to him oh are you afraid of becoming complacent since the judges always compliment you. he goes no.. i just want to be myself. i’m not gonna go around high-fiving people during my performance. All i’m thinking is… if you don’t know what complacent means you have really big problems.  this is complete bullshit. i had no idea why no one was like you don’t what complacent means?

I  ALSO HATED HOLLY… the girl who was the worst 3 or something. ryan asked her something and she was like throwing her hands up and whatnot and not really hvae much to say or anything interesting to say. I’m like this is tv can you please try a little harder than that half-hearted/half-baked shit.  personality is part of american idol… she doesn’t give a shit either? I just didn’t feel like she was acting in a way where she’s likable to the viewers.

so from the cap it seemed like teh song choices were crappy. also ,the guy who goted voted off probably looks like a past american idol contestant ( since there is only a billion seasons)… isn’t there a couple of them with that hair-type.

the other shit that pissed me off was when ryan sent this girl to the bottom of 3 and then he says right before the break okay guys so we’ll like announce the results after the break… actually he says instead of “after break” he says “after holly goes back the the couches since you’re not in the top bottom 2” or some shit like that. and i’m like FIRST OF ALL why are you wasting our time… don’t bring the bitch to the center of the stage in the first place.

the people they had perform on the show sucked balls. at first i was like oh boy band . one of them is sorta good looking… some of them are like not so i’m wondering why they’re in the bad. horrible performance…. especially when i’m used quality crap like immortal song. NM none of them are good looking compraed to the fictional band in the korean drama shut up flower boy band (don’t worry this english translation doesn’t do any justice… it sounds cool in korean)

the good part is the stage is bigger and fancier. bad part is the stage is not versatile (that’s the impression i’m getting… unless it can be versatile and they’re just not utilizing it)… to have like different sets/moods and whatnot. hell even the stage on immortal song isn’t that big or awesome but like they do shit so everyone’s performance is unique… really set the mood… really take someone to another world for 4 minutes… something that an amreican idol contestant will never do)

I have no idea why the ratings are high (they must be going down though). this shit is boring. americans need to learn a second language (and consume media is L2) already and jump ship off boring shit like this.

Ouch — that seemingly dismisses Iovine’s entire critique in a very flippant manner. But the singer would like everyone to know that he didn’t mean for his response to sound that way. Phillips posted a response on his official Facebook page the next morning (April 6), saying that he misunderstood Iovine’s comments and meant no disrespect.

“Thank you to everyone who supports me and voted this week! I appreciate it very much,” he writes. “I heard that some people took my comment the wrong way but i thought jimmy said if i dont move around i would get passed and all i was meaning that im not the artist who runs around stage touching peoples hands and sings to them, thats just not me so im sorry to who ever my have taken it the wrong way bc i wouldnt even be here without you guys voting haha thank you again!”

I mean even if for one second I would forgive him for misunderstanding JIMMY’s COMMENT by  LITERALLY moving around…. and pretend he knows what complacent means… so that would mean he thinks that moving around the stage/interacting with fans = becoming not being complacent and moving forward and becoming a better performer etc etc. no… that’s not all it’s limited to…. it also extends to the effort he would have to put in in tweeking the song, understanding the song, making the song his own, etc etc. so whether he was saying that because he understood what complacency meant and drew this asinine elementary decision or because he didn’t know what complacency meant and just said whatever shit that’s probably relevant to the word complacency… he still looks like an idiot.

I could criticize this episode more and more if i had seen more of it. but anyways the most interesting part was jimmy’s insight because unlike the judges he actually has his head screwed in and actually has brain cells and actually uses them since he’s getting paid to say shit. while jennifer lopez and randy and that rocker get paid for saying nothing…… you don’t even have to speak english that well to say what they say… it’s literally limited to 4 phrases.. so PATHETIC. the results show makes you not want to watch the original show in the first place since they show the meat of the performance and the people’s comments and criticism whether it’s read off by ryan seacrest or some other method. this show is so pathetic .

Kpop Star SBS > American Idol

Okay so it’s episode 1o of kpopstar SBS and the judges are CRUEL as ever lol. There’s one this judge that rips up the person before casting them lol. I feel like even the critiques within the show could be applied to american idol. they literally explain why american idol is boring. You know how on american idol there’s all these people that can sing really well but then after the show ends all of them disappear. The reason is because talent is not enough…. there’s another factor that comes into play. If we were gonna go into who holds the longer note or the higher note or the lower note then okay… it’s easier to figure out who’s better than who but singing and music isn’t just about reaching notes and all that. When it comes down it, no one wants to listen to those americna idol singer contestants sing becuase they’re boring, they’re not seasoned singers, they don’t have depth e motionally/etc/etc. By this I mean as the weeks go on, we get to know the american idol contestants and you can basically find out what their style is, what all their tricks are because they run out of them.. and it gets very boring. also one of the contributing reasons is because their song choices are limited. But REALLY the sbs kpop star judges are just brilliant. they just nail the nail on the coffin like every single time. They said to this one girl, you bored us with the song for the  beginning and then movd us toward the end (I actually disagreed with them because I was bored with her performance all the way through) and that because she’s not at this “level” where she can keep the audience engaged for the whole 4 minutes and so the only choice/possiblity for her is to throw away the first 1 or 2 miunutes which enables her to move the audience with the last 3rd,4th minute. I thought this was a classic example of the american idol contestants… they don’t understand the concept that good singing isn’t enough. it gets boring, really fast especially if we have see this conestant preform some boring cover song over and over… a nd we go we already saw you drag that note out or look sad/emotion while you sing it even though it’s obvoius you don’t mean it lol. There’s just thing/ the it factor or whatever that seasoned artists/singers like ALI on immortal song HAVE where they are amazing from the first note to the last note. It’s not even a matter of oh she’s good at singing or reaching that note… it’s just  I have to watch this, not once, but again and again, it’s amazing shit… American idol contestants are retarded and think that for some reason that we’re engaged by their “good singing” what they don’t realize is good singing can be VERY BORING especially compard to peple like ali… for singers like ali  This is their field…. they’re very good at it. Not evreyone can become a singer or is meant to be a singer. By singer  I mean, Ali- amazing-level singer, not american idol contestant loser.

Another great point the judges brought up was the “old dog can’t learn new tricks” basically as a singer you can’t just sing the same way every single time or do the same thing to move the audience (cause we won’t move… we’ll just stay at that same spot and stare at you) and you can’t just sing one type of song for the rest of your career… or rather there’s no way you can have a career if that’s all you can do. another one was how they get to know the contestants… at the initial audition they were amazed by some contestant because the girl had a big voice even though she doesn’t seem like she has one. But that novelty factor wears on and they’re no longer amazed by that and then all of the singer’s flaws start to become more and more blatantly obvious.

The stuff wrote I above, I don’t think it does justice to what the judges said in episode 10. If you don’t agree with what I wrote it’s probably because i didn’t explain as eloquently/thouroughly as the judges did with their own words on that episode. so if you really want the lo-down, go watch that episode… english subbed if it’s availabel? their criticisms are so valid and you could tell that they have brain cells… while the judges on american idol look brain dead and clueless about singing and entertainment and logic..tehcnically, the ameircna idol judges do touch on why the contestants after the show don’t make it or how they’re performances are boring or they weren’t as interesting as their inital audition but they go about it in a really vague manner to the point it’s something that ANYONE could say. anyone who doens’t even know shit about singing. that’s what sets the korean judges apart. they say what they want with whatever metaphor or description that covers it in the most  thorough fashion. AND on top of that, they put humor into that… well maybe spontaneously as opposed to forced.

Obviously there is no contradiction with some of the kpop people that apparently were chosen for their looks as opposed to their talent (I read it somewhere about some kpop person that failed the 1st round of audtions but then made it into the group anyway because of their looks)… which is understandable since it’s obvious that good-looking people sell. by all means there are good singers/dancers that happen to be good-looking at the same time in the kpop industry lol. or you know fake it… (ie plastic surgery).

One thing I most definitely do not agree with as far as the kpop star sbs show is concerned is michelle. Usually with the judges, as much as I have opposite reactions to the people… literally, the people I really like, they don’t like and criticize like crazy or people I don’t like, that they’re amazed by yet I ‘m bored by, I still find their criticisms valid. They are professionals, they have experience, they know what they’re talking about when it comes down to music/entertainment. So for michelle, I’ve been bored with her since day 1. she keeps singing beyonce songs (yeah I know judges made her sing them) and let me just say ,I don’t like beyonce anymore becaues she’s been releasing so much noise ever since god knows when and her fake boobs. they were fine, why’d she have to ruin them. same with aubrey o’day. I loved that show making the band 3 lol.

I really do not get it. I really don’t think she’ll sell even if she makes it.

I don’t even know the concept of the show, how many people they’re picking in the end. or is it just one person. kpop STAR. singular word.

I’ve been wathcing this and the snsd dangerous boys show because they’re fun and I just fastfoward anything not worth watching and mine some words/in context for my anki. It’s been helpful with ht eleanring. It’s not as easy as it was for what i did with arashi for japanese…like arashi no shukudai. there were a bunch of arashi shows in the year 2009 that were fun to watch. I really feel like the japanese daily conversation doesn’t have that many words… I read it was 10,000 which is more than every single other language except like english probably but I personally don’t believe it…. I really think that korean has more. . so one of the reasons why japanese shows were easierwere because they sub more (the japanese text) and the text is bigger lol. and there’s kanji to help you separate out words and figure out what’s a verb/adjective/noun/etc/etc and it just helps to know what kanji make up the word to remember the whole word easily. technically, it’s true for korean too but they write everything in hanguel so the only way for me to know what hahnja make it up is if I happen to know the hanja in the word and recognize it or I look it up in my trusty handy-dandy korena/japanaese dictionary. it’s relaly just like pain in the ass. it’s like learning japanese with hiragana though that isn’t politically correct just because korean has many mnay many many more sounds than japanese.

I haven’t gotten new music in the longest time… and I think it’s because the “sites” I visited for korean music/japaense music espeically korean music are like gone lol. they were blogs or something. but i’ll definitely chase after new albums by artists i love if i  hear about it somehow… no i probably have to put effort in and search… why isn’t last .fm better and actually tell me when new albums come out :9

omg  I just chekced searching people in amazon and holy shit why the hell do they release so fast!!! LIKE THIS TOKYO JIHEN ALBUM OMG (i thought it would be 2012… i thought it’d be a while.. i AND MAKINO YUI FINALLY released a new album (i’ve been waiting for it but there was no info at the site last i checked and now it’s already out….).. yes… i have to amazon.co.jp search more. LATERS

anyways what i’ve been listening to is 신성원의 문화 읽기 and french podcasts cause I just feel irritated listening to people’s vapid/never-ending/empty conversations in english NOT saying that the conversation bad because it’s in english… it’s just bad. let’s just say i’m around loud people…. it really is bad and it’s literally like I’m pretty sure the person is causing hearing damage tothe person next to them when they start talking even louder when they start arguing over something that really doesn’t need to be aruged out whatsoever.  what i’m saying is i turn those podcasts on to block out the vapid conversations in english not 100% but at least 75% because like I said THEIR VOICES ARE DAMN LOUD… and the conversation is NEVER ENDING and it really makes me wonder why haven’t their vocal cards given out yet. lol. I’m so mean 😦

so for that korean podcast just google it and then click on it and then click downlaod and download in itunes. I like the part where they talk and not play tape or whatever of the book reading… it’s too overdramatic lol. I like it because they are talking about books so they’re obviousyl going to use a range of vocab since they’re going to talk about a diff book each time. i’ve tried other korean podcasts but man they PISS ME OFF …. you know thet hing in podcasts where they just laugh half thetime and not to mention the laughter is 2x louder than the talking or the laughing makes it hard to hear the tlaking… the laughing just sounds annoying and it’s even worse when they are laughing over something that is not even that funny. 😦 THAT IS WHY I’m recommending this one. but the other reason is the intro/ending music/advertisement is REALLY REALLY FRIKIN LONG AND ANNOYING for the other podcasts… this one only has a few seconds of beginning background music and now ending music AND NO DAMN ADVERTISEMENTS FOR CRAP I CANNOT EVEN GET.

not to mention i have so many greivances regarding japanese podcasts not to mention that language ( i  posted a couple things abt in my tumblr which i’m sure any sane person will agree with especially if they know english fluently and is learning japaense or is japanese even ). but I’ll just talk about the grievances regarding japaense podcasts. I haven’t listened to a lot of them.. or i did at one point but most of the time they just say eetto or ARE (the japaense word) or yabai/yabe or maji yabai or soudesune (omg kill me now lol i hate this phrase cause it doesn’ tmean ANYTHING!)  OR わあ～～～～って感じ or ~kunai ( this is also one of the reasons i think korean is harder besides the grammar  to be straight up honest)。they just don’t say anything… they are saying something but it really is just filler phrase and you just notice this lack of vocabulary. i’m not saying all of them are but some of them so ridiculous empty in this sense and it makes me feel irritated because it’s like oh i want to listen to this podcast because they’re japanese and i want to learn jaapanese yet i can’t help but think they have  a really small vocabulary. and i go why… if you only know japanese why can’t you use more words….

IMMORTAL SONG ; The easiest way to describe it is… it’s SO MUCH BETTER THAN AMERICAN IDOL.I’ve seen seasons 1-4 or something like that which is a wast eof time lol and i learned quickly that you just need the last 5 minutes to know how the perofmranes went (more like how boring they were ) and who got sent home.  but you know I got to say season 1 was good since kelly clarkson is talented like her performance of natural woman is nothing short of amazing. I don’ tknow what season that show is anymore but i don’t care and i just find it insanely boring esp…. considering the superiority of immortal song. but i’m sure amierncai idol will never ever hvae as many seasons as america’s nex ttop model isn’t it season15? what the hell. I stopped at sesaon 4? that girl nicoel… annoying bitch winning was RIGGEd.

here’s the thing… so americna idol has great singers/amazing singers butjust because they can sing well doesn’t mean they’re interesting… it doesn’ t mean they’re performers… it doesn’t mean anything. if you can sing well that’s great but taht’s not enough to keep my interest (I do not give a shit. for some people … the people who still who watch the show… that’s still enough i guess… that plus the sob story but NOT FOR ME. if i don’t feel it, i don’t feel it). so on immortal song they have the korean idols who… never get to show their singing talents since they have to sing boring annoying kkpop songs with voice effects and… bad lyrics or whatever. BUT BUT i’ve heard that they worked their butts off practicing dancing and singing and all that for years and years before debuting. so the k-pop idol can sing ,dance, have charisma, stage performance while in american idol they have a sob story and a good voice (which is boring as hell)… now a days some of them play an insturment too but who cares it’s still BORING> but really it’s just so UNFAIR with the korean idols since they worked so hard yet they have to sing those vapid, shallow kpop songs. I really think it’s a great opportunity to show how much they worked all these years. like if i never saw this show I would think hyorin is just another annoying girl group member because let’s face it sistar’s songs are annoying (the girl group she belongs in )… atleast SNSD or SJJD is like catchy but sistar is like noise. but seriously it’s like ramerican idol puts on amateurs  basically on TV while in immortal song they put people on who are performers and can sing and they know we’re going to be bored if it’s not good enough while in americna idol they don’t even consider the possibility that watching someone sing can be boring… well simon tells the truth but everyone else just does not even… consider that. you know it’s like watching a 5 yr sing and perform and it’s just boring and what’s the point. you can cheer them on and watch for their sakes… their selfesteem or wahtever but obivously you’re not entertained by that… not for long that is.

I love this show for the performances NOT For any of the talk part. as for the talk If it’s the part where the original singer tells the performer what he/she thinks… that’s fine, that’s interesting, i care… everything else i don’t care.

some of the performances are bad and lame…(the girl from secret is ALWAYS BAD.. she soudns/looks so soulless one time she sang this song called friends something and she said oh i never had friends while i was in high school because of blahblah and i saw her performance and i’m like yeah i could tell… cause her performance was sucky)  but sometimes they’re amazing. They have what… 6 people perofrm and there are times when all of them are good and sometimes it’s only 2… I usually do not agree with the 200 judge audience… they are WAY TOO EASILY influenced by ORDER of performance. the last person or the second last to person wins usually right?

first time I saw it,,,, came across on youtube I was like not impressed cause none of the performances for that particular episode was that particularly striking but then i subscribed and saw the performances on the next episode and there was one amazing performance. which was…. 그때그사람 효린

norazo – this shit is amazing. korean steven tyler! first time I saw it I diddn’ get it cause it’s not mainstream type singing but then i saw it again and then I finally understood the amazingness of the performance.

and i keep watching and i love some of the perofrmance and finding about songs I would’ve never known about or i liked the way they re-did it.  on american idol you just someone sing (a song that i’ve heard a billion times) and it’s so boring and here it’s so much better… they don’t drag out the end results… they keep the format simple and it’s so nice. I guess in americna idol they have to do another episode just for the results just becase the show is called AMERICAN IDOL but it really is annoying.  I just love it and it’s  just better than american idol in EVERY SINGLE WAY. I know they did past seasons too but I want to see those and know where to get ’em but not sure if they’re as  gooooood. but i’m curious.

oh and like i said before i don’t care about kpop so i have no preconception about any of these people except i’m just going to assume they sing a kpop song i probably cannot make myself care about but here they may possibly sing a song I might loveeee…
